How it works
From the first click to the dock at the end
You book online
Pick the machine, the date and the time. A confirmation reaches you before the day, whenever you asked for it.
We meet 30 minutes early
We go over the machine together and note its condition, cover the safety side, and show you how everything works. You also leave with our best spots on the lake, GPS points included, ready to paste into Google Maps.
Those 30 minutes are free
They do not come out of your rental. If the walkthrough takes fifteen minutes, you get fifteen more on the water. We take as long as it needs, especially if it is your first time.
The day is yours
Go, explore, let loose. We stay reachable the whole time: a question, a setting you cannot find again, anything at all, just message us.
We meet back at the dock
One last look over the machine together, papers signed, and that is it. The deposit is released.
The security deposit
We place a $1,000 hold on your card when we meet, and release it when you return. It is not a payment. If the hold does not go through we cannot head out, and a late cancellation fee applies.
